There are some extremely fucky things that can be done by a motivated loon. That being said, given that that would require a match on cam end travel retention, bearing spacing, lifter tubes, etc., would most likely require custom cam bearings, and would need a Mopar distributor to match the drive gear *and drive gear mating angle and location*, all when you can just grind a cam to be whatever you need... I rate this Mostly False.

This falls under the All things are possible but not all things are probable clause?

Coincidences are funny, though. With similar bore spacing and the locating of webs in the intake valley directly over the crank webs, it’s very probable that there are some cross-matches among the big three where it would actually work. Actually finding such a match unless somebody’s already done the legwork - trickier.
Another observation: a lot of old Mopar poly-heads have the dizz on the back, pointing straight up. That plus machining would make using such a cam in an SBC a lot easier, but

think that maybe they could mean the cam specs are the same in the chevy as the dodge?.......

Well, maybe? I can’t think of any reason they’d refrain from using the word “grind” in that case, though. “Grind” is just the kind of word you look for excuses to put in a song.
Actually, I was guessing it might be an intentional joke, as one would be buying a “Mopar cam” (over the counter hot parts) at the Dodge dealer to soup up one’s car, while that same sort of Mopar-as-a-hot-parts thing never really applied to “Goodwrench”. In other words, the sentence might be said by somebody who thinks they have an engine with over-the-counter upgrades, but who wrongly associates the word “Mopar” with all over-the-counter upgrades. I.e. somebody slightly full of it.
